OK from the start I have loved my Table Tuba. I "THOUGHT" I had it in a sweet spot in the room. I wasn't overly happy of the nearfield placement but I really liked the feel.
Well today I decided to move the sub to the front of the listening position and finally got a chance to hear it. I haven't re-ran Audessy yet but plan to in a bit. I know this is going to sound cliche but HOLY GOD ALMIGHTY. We were watching regular TV and my wife became really upset. She said she was going to get really pissed if it started knocking things off the wall and out of the cabinets. The extension I am getting is truly unbelieveable. The bass is totally different then it was in the previous position. As a whole my HT sounds ungodly amounts better.

I have Kung -Fu Panda saved on our DVR and started it up. It was on the scene where the Tiger (don't know his name) is escaping from the prison. The sound waves were insane from the foot stomps and general ambient noises IE: throws and effects. I truly am afraid I may do damage to my home and I swear that.
My god I am in heaven!!!

If my current walls weren't fibreboard/gyprock and panelling, I'd be inclined to build a Table Tuba myself. But my twin subs can already rattle the walls damn well, so I don't think I'll be doing that...

Wife just didn't appreciate the extension huh?

sounds like a great thing to do to enemys in an apartment.
